At the Bridge Innovation Centre we are proud of the high quality facilities we have to offer to the business community. A modern, spacious building with multiple meeting rooms and adaptable office space.
There are 23 high class offices (from 300 - 1,000 sq ft) at competitive all inclusive prices.
The Pembrokeshire Science and Technology Park has thirteen units suitable for technology businesses that require workshop space, sizes range from 1500 sq ft to 3000 sq ft. These units also have the potential to be converted into two storey office space effectively doubling the floor space available. These units are ideal for growth out of the Innovation Centre.

Meeting Rooms
There are three meeting rooms and two boardrooms available. These rooms can also be used by non-residents on a daily hire basis. Bookings are made provisionally with reception then a meeting room booking form must be completed. Catering can be arranged for meetings, prices are available on application.

The Bridge Innovation Centre's Atrium provides an ideal venue for networking and break out or informal meetings. This relaxed informal environment has WiFi so is an ideal place for tenants to drop in to sit and work over a coffee or to chat with a colleague or visitor.
Residents can access their offices 24/7 - any time of the day, 365 days of the year. Access to the building is by electronic key with a traditional lock to individual offices.
Car Parking
There is ample free parking at the Bridge Innovation centre, some being located on the site and additional spaces available in the overflow car park, which is approximately 100 metres away from the Bridge Innovation Centre.
Reception
Your visitors calling during office hours (8.00am - 5.00pm) will be met by our reception team, who will inform you that your visitor has arrived.
The majority of the Bridge Innovation Centre's staff are qualified First Aiders so in the event of an accident at work we are able to look after you, your staff and your visitors.
Internet
Members using the Bridge Innovation Centre have access to the internet services we provide. Most of the building is also covered by the BIC's WiFi service. Ask at reception for the key to access the WiFi facility.
Telephones
The Bridge Innovation Centre has a Mitel VOIP telephone system installed and each tenant is allocated specific lines and numbers. At the end of each month tenants are invoiced for the call charges incurred.
It is possible for each office to have a private BT connection should any tenant want to opt out of the BIC's telephone or internet service.
Print Room
Located just outside the Manager's Office, the print room has networked facilities for colour printing, colour copying and scanning. Each user is given a code number and the tenant is then charged for usage at the end of each month.
Other facilities in the print room include a laminator, a comb binder and a fax.
Catering and refreshments
There is a range of catering facilities available on call from our partner contract caterers, including, tea, coffee, biscuits, cakes and table refreshments for your meetings; our caterers also provide a wide range of breakfasts and tasty buffet lunches.

Showers
For those that like to take some exercise to burn off the calories at lunch time, or cycle to and from work, showers are available so that you can freshen up ready to go to your desk.
