Why become an Associate?
You do not need to be resident in the building to take advantage of the excellent meeting facilities. Associate Membership provides an entry into the Bridge Innovation Centre for early start businesses or established businesses and offers benefits including:
- Discounted rates for use of meeting and conference rooms
- Access to the Atrium space for use as an informal meeting space
- Use of WIFI when visiting the building
- Access to a range of specialist seminars and workshops delivered by a range of specialist business consultants.
- Invitation to networking and other business events providing opportunities for collaboration with other business.
By license per annum - charged annually.
Why a shared office?
A shared office gives you a dedicated desk of your own and full use of the Bridge Innovation Centre address. This is a facility you can access 24 hours a day 7 days a week enabling you to work when it suits you.
Includes the benefits of associate member plus the following:
- Permanent desk space with data or WIFI connection
- A personal direct dial in telephone number and VOIP dedicated handset with voice mail
- Full access to the professional services providers
- Use of the prestigious Bridge Innovation Centre and Pembrokeshire Science and Technology Park address
- Use of reception services for mail, message taking, reception of visitors etc

Why a Virtual Office?
You may currently run your business from home but need to look more professional without significantly increasing your overheads. A virtual office offers you a way to ensure you never miss a call while you are out building your business.

Why become a Resident?
Office resident membership provides full resident status in the Bridge Innovation Centre. Costs are inclusive of rent, heating, lighting, and other utilities. We make our Internet service available free of charge if tenants wish to opt into and use the service. Up to 10 direct dial in telephone numbers on the Bridge Innovation Centre VOIP exchange can be made available, lines are charged at £5.00 per month and calls are charged at a competitive rate. National non domestic rates are charged separately and many business are able to take advantage of the small business rates relief scheme because of this.

Why a Growth Unit?
Have you outgrown your current location? Do you need a more space? The Pembrokeshire Science and Technology Park has a number of growth units suitable for technology businesses that require workshop space. Growth units also have the potential to be converted to two storey office space effectively doubling the floor space available. These units are ideal for growth out of the Innovation Centre.
These units are self contained and are leased on a commercial basis. Each unit has its own utility meters, telephone lines etc. There is the capability to extend the data network from the Bridge Innovation Centre for businesses wishing to make use of the large bandwidth availability at the Science and Technology Park.
For businesses that have been resident in the Bridge Innovation Centre and graduated to larger accommodation, a graduate membership is offered. This allows free use of the Innovation Centre facilities as an associate.
